Elk Prairie campground, located in the Prairie Creek Redwoods State & National Park near the coast in northern California, provides access to miles of scenic hiking trails in the redwoods.

Hiking trails near the campground
With 75 miles of hiking trails at Prairie Creek Redwoods Park, there’s a trail suitable for everyone. From the campground, take the Redwood Access Trail to the Visitor Center where several hikes begin. Additional trailheads are located on Drury Parkway a short drive from the campground.
