Wahclella Falls

Location: Columbia River Gorge, Oregon
Distance: about 2 miles
Elevation gain: 400 ft.

This is a nice easy hike in the Gorge with varied terrain throughout. The trail starts along mossy boulder-filled Tanner Creek, then slowly climbs the narrow canyon with views down to the creek. The canyon area opens up in areas with views of the towering rock cliffs all around. Several misty grottoes, numerous moss covered trees, and a beautiful triple tiered waterfall are all highlights of this hike.

    Hi Sweetie,
This is beautiful. How long of a hike is it? Is it all uphill? Is it one I could easily do when I come out?
